For a condo to be worthy of being the first place you buy, it should at least check three major boxes: it should be in a great location, it should have a functional layout, and it needs to be affordable. But as you're looking online, SO MANY places miss at least one of those aspects. Then you land on this gem, #204 at 21 Nelson Street...location - check. Functional layout - check. Affordable - check. So it passes the first-glance test, but what else does it have going for it? How about that it's been updated so that it has a nice, clean, modern look already? Maybe that it's located in a building that doesn't make you say "Ewwww"? Or how about that there's lots of great amenities that you'd actually use, like an outdoor pool on the rooftop with cabanas and lounge areas, and bbqs, and a great gym? Ooooo! You'd never have to wait for an elevator ever again?? Access to the 2nd floor right near the unit from a staircase you can access right next to the front door of the building?
